"Slow replies and not much help"
Customer service was slow for me. I just had a simple question about my order, and it took days to get a real answer. The first reply felt like a copy-and-paste message and didn’t actually solve anything. The meds showed up fine in the end, but dealing with support made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be...

"Pretty clear, even if it took a bit"
I’ll admit I was a little annoyed waiting for the update, but once I got the treatment plan, it was straightforward. They explained what I needed to take and when, and I didn’t feel confused by it. I’d have preferred it to be a little faster, but overall, it was a good experience

I was about to order, but something about the whole thing just didn’t feel trustworthy to me. Like i said, it just felt off, and like i said, I didn’t feel safe putting in my info, so I ended up leaving.

"Hard to Make It Work"
I tried booking a couple of different times, but there just weren’t any appointments available when I actually needed one. I get that places get busy, but if you can’t find a time that works, it kind of defeats the purpose. Seems like there should be enough availability for customers to realistically book

"Pretty decent, even if it felt a little rushed"
It was professional and I don’t think it was bad at all, but it did feel a bit rushed to me. Maybe that’s just how they work, but I would’ve appreciated a little more time or attention to detail. Still, overall it was fine

"Delivery got here, just a little unpredictable"
So my order did show up, which is good, but it was a bit later than I thought it would be. I kept checking the tracking and it barely updated, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, and the package arrived fine in the end, but yeah, I just wish the delivery felt a little more reliable

I found the dosage guidance easy to follow, which I appreciated because I was reading it in the morning while making coffee and didn’t want to overthink anything. It didn’t feel pushy or overly salesy either. I did still have one small question afterward, but support got back to me quickly. Overall, 4 stars from me

"Pretty good overall, I think"
The meds seemed like good quality to me and worked the way I expected. I didn’t notice anything off or weird while taking them. I did take off one star because the tablets looked a little different from the last ones I got, which made me second-guess it at first. But they still worked fine, so no major complaints.

"The delivery took much longer than I..."
The delivery took much longer than I expected, and it was frustrating waiting around without much progress. I was looking forward to getting my order, but the slow shipping really took away from the excitement. In the end, I just felt disappointed

"Refill took longer than I expected"
My refill ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would. I had to reach out to support twice, a day or so apart, and both times I got pretty much the same basic response. The site makes the process sound simple, but in practice it felt a little confusing and just moved really slowly. I did get my medication in the end, so that part was fine, but the refill experience itself wasn’t great.

"Follow-up was way more difficult than it needed to be"
Things started off fine, but the follow-up care was disappointing. I had a few questions after placing my order and it took forever to get a response. When they finally replied, it was super basic and didn’t really answer what I needed. It just felt like, why is this so complicated? Once they had my money, I was basically left to figure it out myself. Not the experience I was expecting, and I wouldn’t use them again.

"Refund took way longer than expected"
I returned my order and figured the refund would show up quickly, but this is where it got annoying. I had to follow up with them twice before anything actually happened. The refund did eventually come through, but it took way longer than it should have

"Wish I hadn’t worried so much"
My order actually went through faster than I expected, so I ended up giving 4 stars. I kind of regret stressing about it because everything was moving along fine, though the tracking did take a little while to update. Overall, it was a smooth experience

"Messages were way too unclear"
I couldn’t figure out what was going on with my order half the time. The replies were super vague, so I kept having to go back and ask the same questions over and over. It felt like extra work just to get a simple update, and that got annoying quickly. Overall, not a great experience...

"Felt confusing right away"
I tried using brightmeds.com on my phone and, i got frustrated quickly. I assumed the main buttons would be in the usual spots and the pages would follow a standard flow, but everything felt a little scattered. I kept tapping around, going back, and trying to figure out where I was supposed to be. Maybe other people have no issue with it, but I ended up giving up.

"Convenient, but I kind of regret rushing into it"
Brightmeds was easy to use, and I did like that I didn’t have to spend forever trying to find what I needed. The site worked okay overall, but a few things loaded slower than I expected, and I found myself going back to double-check details before placing the order. after buying, I had a bit of buyer’s remorse because I wondered if I should’ve looked around more first. It’s convenient for sure, just not as smooth as I hoped. Decent experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement

"Didn’t live up to the reviews for me"
I ordered from brightmeds.com after seeing a few people mention it and was hoping I’d have a better experience, but i didn’t notice much of a difference.
The package showed up fine and the instructions were easy enough to follow, so no complaints there. I stuck with it for a while, but the results felt weak for me. Maybe it works better for others, and I’d be curious to know if anyone had a different outcome.
For the price, I was expecting something a bit more noticeable. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but based on how it worked for me, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Savings help was okay, but a little confusing"
Brightmeds did help me find a savings option when my insurance was acting weird, so I do appreciate that. I ended up saving some money, which is definitely a good thing, right?

It just took a few messages back and forth, and I still had to call my plan on my own, so I’m not sure if I expected too much or what. It wasn’t bad, just kind of average, and I feel like the process could’ve been clearer.

"Still not sorted, just more waiting"
I contacted support thinking they’d finally get the issue fixed, but it never really got resolved. They kept telling me to wait a bit longer, and I was checking back over and over, noticing the same little error still sitting there exactly like before. It’s frustrating because nothing actually changed, aside from me losing more time
